We have had better experience renting and managing homes in these area. Raleigh has a selected few strong schools that are top of the state. Gravitate to these region to benefit from the pull. Employment in the City of Raleigh in size is only second to Charlotte. There are a variety of employers, somce of which services from Research Triangle Park. Therefore, it may be approrpriate to consider Raleigh as more diversify.

Rental supply in Raleigh is large in size to all other surrounding neighborhoods. Demands is good especially those that are in attractive neighborhood and location. Tennat quality index is average to above the surrounding city.
